Performance Licence

Payment in full for the full script package and completion of the order form will entitle the purchaser to a Performance licence, which will be issued to the purchaser by School Musical Shop (Top Teacher Resources)

A Performance licence entitles the purchaser to rights to the public performance of the Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music and use of the Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied in whole or in part. A Performance licence entitles the purchaser to produce the show at any time within 12 months of the purchase date. After 12 months, a new Performance licence must be applied and paid for.                      

The purchaser agrees to acknowledge the author (Pamela Uttinger) in all advertising, reporting, promotional material and programmes for each performance of the show.

Purchase of the full script package-Master copies of full Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music, Director’s Notes*, Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied 

entitles the purchaser to produce the show at any time within 12 months of the purchase date. After 12 months, a new Performance licence must be applied and paid for.

For example, you can get peter pan play, peter pan play script, peter pan script, peter pan songs, peter pan the play through peter pan download. You will get a performance licence along with every school musicals play and others you purchase.

Master copies are provided for the purposes of preparing for a production (or for the use of a script in a Classroom). Possession of master copies does not convey any rights to the public performance of the full Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music, Director’s Notes*, Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied in whole or in part. -Print as many copies as you need for the purposes of your organisation (theatre group, school, etc.) except where excluded by other clauses in these terms.

-Make minor changes to the script to suit the needs of your group. (if in doubt please contact School Musical Shop (Top Teacher Resources). 

-Produce the show or plays for schools at any time within 12 months of the purchase date. After 12 months, a new Performance licence must be applied and paid for.

- The purchaser agrees to acknowledge the author (Pamela Uttinger) in all advertising, reporting, promotional material and programmes for each performance of the show.

-Sell or otherwise transfer part or full master copies, Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music, Director’s Notes*, Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied or sets of part or full Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music, Director’s Notes*, Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied to any party outside your organisation in printed or electronic form. (Master copies are supplied for your organisation alone.)

-Represent the work contained in part or full master copies, Script, Lyrics, Sheet Music, Director’s Notes*, Music tracks, and use of the promotional material supplied * as your own. (All the work is copyrighted by the author; the author (Pamela Uttinger) must be acknowledged in all advertising, reporting, promotional material and programmes for each performance of the show.)

-Produce the show at any time after 12 months of the purchase date. (after 12 months, a new Performance licence must be applied and paid for)

-Publish, distribute, sell, broadcast, transmit or create derivative works from any content of the materials covered by the Performance licence without the expressed written permission of School Musical Shop (Top Teacher Resources). (The purchaser is however entitled to make video or audiotapes of their performances and sell or distribute them locally (e.g. parents and local community) for free or as a fundraiser, if the purchaser wishes to do so.)

If you wish to perform any of the supplied songs from musicals, musical plays, drama scripts, or plays scripts in a context other than the licensed show, then you must apply to School Musical Shop (Top Teacher Resources) for a separate Performance licence. School Musical Shop (Top Teacher Resources) will charge an appropriate fee for such use.
